I’m running multiple VM’s with Proxmox VE on a Dell OptiPlex Micro 7020 with the following specs:

• 16 GB DDR4 RAM

• Intel i5-14500T (20) @ 4.80

• Intel AlderLake-S GT1

• Two 1TB hard drives in RAID 1

For the VM’s, I usually go with the latest Debian without a desktop environment.
